  • For all shipments to USA, Mexico, and Canada: to ensure you receive your print before December 24th, place your order on or before December 13th.

    Please note that these are recommended deadlines, and that they are subject to change.

    The best way to ensure that your order(s) arrive before December 24th is to place them as early as possible.

  • All of our fine art photo prints are size A3 (11.7x16.5”). They are shipped unframed and are printed on master's edition, archival museum-quality paper.

    The 250 gsm/110lb paper is perfect for fine art and is designed to last for years without losing its original beauty. It’s uncoated and natural white (off-white). With alkaline paper making technology, our prints are acid-free, meaning the pH of the pulp used to form the paper is above 7 (neutral).

    The paper is also buffered with calcium carbonate, to neutralize acid compounds absorbed from the atmosphere or formed through natural aging. This ensures that your print will last a lifetime without any yellowing or discoloration.

    Our prints are free from and low in OBA (optical brightener additives). This ensures that the natural white color of the paper remains consistent under different lighting conditions.

    Additionally, the paper used is FSC-certified, which means it’s better for the planet!

    Each print is shipped in robust packaging, ensuring it arrives to your doorstep, safe and secure.

  • Due to production limitations involving current global affairs, we are only fulfilling orders in North America (USA, Mexico, and Canada) at this time.

  • Supported by our customer feedback, we have defined the most efficient and damage-resistant ways to package our prints to ensure compliance with local shipping requirements.

    Shipping and delivery is handled with the utmost care. Our photo prints are delivered in wide, hard cylindrical tubes or triangular boxes and shipped via UPS, DHL, or USPS. Prints are usually delivered within 5-7 business days of purchase; however, delivery times may vary during nationally and internationally observed holidays.

  • In light of the nature and uniqueness of our prints, we uphold an "All Sales Final" Return Policy.

    Once a purchase is made, it is considered final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

    This policy is in effect to maintain the integrity and value of our photo prints. We encourage our customers to take time in making their choice and provide accurate shipping information before completing a purchase.

  • In the rare event that an item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at orders@donnyevans.com within 48 hours of delivery receipt. Provide detailed photos and description of the damage or incorrect item(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • We’re all for spreading love for music and photography, not loopholes. If you didn’t find our product(s) absolutely kick-ass, we’ll refund you. 🤙
